They closed without warning during COVID-19..... They should have let the client know they were not coming back, so they could look for other dentist options

Visited for x-rays and cleaning, they found a cavity and did a filling. All of that is covered 100% by my insurance.
No bills were ever sent out (because there was no balance).
Seven months later I get a letter from a collection company saying I owe money, even though I never received a bill. Unethical.

They still haven’t returned my calls !
I have 2 partials that are in the Office on Emerson ave in Indianapolis . I have been unable to get them because of COVID .
I've paid for them and feel I should get them or be reimbursed for them . I need them .

They were paid and never finished the job
I had a root canal done February 2, 2020 and im still walking around after they were paid with bith a temporary crown and bridge in my mouth

I had a root canal done February 2, 2020 here it is June 1 2020 and I'm still walking around with a temp in my mouth and they've already been paid and they're close permanently so where's my crown or money

Do NOT have any work done with this company.
I HIGHLY do not recommend this company. I currently am speaking to my attorney about filing legal action.
My first experience was as follows, sat in the chair looked around and noticed dirty syringes at my feet, filthy conditions at the US 31 office. Decided to change Offices, firT boat was flawless, however the second visit was a total nightmare. I showed up on time, spoke with the dentist, everything was great. Then the procedure started, nothing was in place, the staff had nothing to complete the root canal in place.
I was in the chair for 6 long hours. For a procedure that should have take 2 hours, I was seated for 6 hours. I was informed. I would have to return on a Sunday to complete this and this does include the final visit.
The final visit would cost an Additional 700+. I contacted the main office and was informed nothing was wrong and did not warrant any kind of compensation. I strongly disagree. With this being said.
I am now seeking legal action.
The dentist is wonderful however, the company is subpar at best. I do NOT recommend anyone going to this establishment for anything.

Not sure good work but bad billing
Went to ImmediaDent Chapel Hill Mall area and had work done put half down on my credit card paid the other off in cash now 17 months later 18 months later I'm getting a bill saying it's not paid I asked them to send me a broken-down copy of the work that was done and what was paid and to this day two months later I have not gotten any paperwork from them how can I pay them something that they can't prove I owe them

Preferred solution: Are you getting the billing straight if I got work done on my teeth and they should be able to tell me what work was done when it was done how much I paid and how much I still owed and all they do is call me up two years later demanding money without ever
Fraudulent Billing Immediadent Anderson IN
Was called by Compliance Manager Allie shortly after posting review. She agreed that I should not be charged for this erroneous billing.
Although I received a bill statement 2 days later of amount disputed.
That statement was probably already in the mail at the time I talked to CM Allie.I'm waiting for next billing cycle to see if I receive another erroneous bill.Since then I see that someone from their Anderson office let a negative comment on my review.Indicative of their attitude toward patients. Would be interesting to know who posted that comment from their office
Went in for replacement of crown that had fell off after a few months.
Procedure was completed paid for. $2209.00
Was not supposed to be charged to replace defective crown.
A month later they tell me I owe $113.00 for some charge on this procedure.
This is totally contrary to their billing procedure.
They always tell you the amount owed before every procedure. They waited a month to see if they could get my insurance to pay this charge. When they found out my insurance would not pay then they made me aware of the charge.
Ive spent $8000 dollars at this office and I will never go back again.
Their liars and very deceitful.
I purchased a partial for $1500 that was like chewing on a sponge that I could never wear.
Had to go 4 times because of a crown that kept falling off.
Then they tell me how a crown will not hold properly on a back lower molar after I went through all of this and thousands of dollars.
Then they have a dental assistant give me a nerve block that damages a lingual nerve and my tongue has nerve damage for the last 2 months.
I will never go back again. Their liars and very deceitful.

Dishonest Billing department
They keep billing me for services I didn't receive. What was done there was paid for at time of service.
I was promised after asking 3 times, that I would not be charged any more. Of course, got a bill in the mail. I paid it. Next thing I know, get another bill in the mail for the same date of service for something that wasn't even done.
I called MANY times to try to get it resolved, just kept giving me excuses. This has gone on for months. They keep finding "new" charge.
This is intolerable and cannot be legal. I will never use them again, and I refuse to pay for services that were not rendered.

I have been sitting in this lobby since 11 AM this morning. But when they told me that I would be seen within 2 to 3 hours, I go up to the front counter and then they tell me I won’t be seen at all today I kind of find that highly ridiculous and it kind of *** me off a little bit noting you that I’ve been sitting in that lobby since 11 AM this morning and I expect to be seen before they close but no they’re not seeing me at all and I do not recommend going to this place they have *** customer service and The front desk people are horrible as ***

Unneeded treatment
Told me I needed two fillings, one was a refill on a molar. I only went there for a cleaning.
End of story, that refilled molar didn’t take and needed a root canal (not covered) then needed a restoration and crown (also not covered). Total scam.
A ton of money. All I needed was a cleaning.
